  • Account information: If you create a Pro account, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider).
  • AI Chat conversations: When you chat with your Noppup, conversations are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We do not store your chat history on our servers.

Information Stored Locally

  • Mood journal entries: Stored locally on your device only.
  • Sticky notes: Stored locally on your device only.
  • App preferences: Pet selection, settings, and timer data are stored locally.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. This includes: app opens, feature usage frequency, and crash reports. No personal data or content is included in analytics.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Noppup service
  • To process payments for Pro subscriptions
  • To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns
  • To send important service updates (only if you opt in)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Anthropic:AI chat messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
  • Payment processor: Payment information is handled by our secure payment provider.
